It may be helpful to even the well versed in online purchasing. Works best with Internet Explorer latest versions, but there are some tips for alternative browsers further on in the tips* below.
We have already had reports from some customers that Internet Explorer fails to oblige on what's needed occasionally too, so you will have to call the office to get help if that happens.
We have done the best we can to get the bugs out and use it for our mutual advantage, it's an ongoing process and certainly hope it helps everyone concerned. Your help reporting errors is greatly appreciated!

When you click the link in the bell at the bottom of this page or 'HERE' above, you will be taken to our new secure server service, the RezRobot system. Which can be used to simply check for availability, or actually purchase your booking after you choose what you want.
It is important to know that the office will be notified immediately after you click through. We maybe notified right away, but it will take some time for a real person to finally approve or deny your request submission. See our office hours below to asses when you are most likely to get a response.

*Tips:
* You can call the office for help anytime, our normal office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, so please leave a number and time to call you back when we are in the office. If we can't pick up, calls are returned in the order they have been recieved as soon as possible.

* Our policy in addition to the email you will receive on successful transaction, we highly recommend printing it, is to phone you when your purchase is approved to confirm the details and make a person to person contact.
* Please make sure you read our Cancellation & Refund policy
and then also check the box next to 'Terms and Conditions' when you get there in the process of purchase, it says the same thing plus a little more concerning the privacy of the electronic transaction. Definitely read it!
* On the page that follows this one, you must accept the default dates or select new ones, then click 'Check Availability' in order for the grid to appear. Make a selection in the column of the grid, then choose a number of  'Occupants' in the drop down box that appears below the grid after you select.
*Browsers other than Internet Explorer must manually enter a number from your keyboard when the box is selected in order to continue, the drop down menu will not work. IE users can simply select from the drop down box, everyone can then click 'Get Quote' after a valid date, a choice from the grid and an occupant number are selected. The prompts will let you know if something is missing. If you can't get it to respond correctly, please let us know.
* The Payment and Additional Information page appears after 'Get Quote' click, where you create a free account by filling in your credit card and contact details. Any question or message you want to include about your reservation is possible also, we see it with the reservation.
* If you have registered before, you must hit your tab button or click on something else in the page for your details to populate the form once you have filled in your email address and password. If you forgot your password there is an option for it to be emailed to the address used for registration.
* Once finished filling it all in and clicking 'Request Reservation' you will then be taken to the page where you can choose a print friendly version indicating completion of your successful transaction. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered in the process as well.
