SUITE
An engineering marvel, the Tree Room Schoolhouse Suite is open all year, is heated and accommodates up to 6 guests. It has its own bathroom, complete with antique claw foot cast iron tub. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and service for 6. There is a separate master bedroom, a double futon in the main sitting area and a loft that accommodates two children.

SWISS FAMILY COMPLEX
In the Swiss Family Complex, the children's unit has an undersized door and built-in bunk beds. The adult unit is entered via a trap door in the floor and has a deck accessed through a French door. A combination deck/landing below the adult unit supports the swinging bridge to the kids' room. From this deck, you can slide down the "fire pole" to the ground, or from the second (lower) landing children of all ages can swoop to the yard area on a rope swing. This unit is heated and open March thru October.

PEACOCK PERCH
The Peacock Perch has a double bed, a refrigerator, hand-washing sink and a porch at the top of the 20 feet-high pole banister stairs. It is touched off nicely by a hand carved door highlighted with a giant peacock. It is open all year and is heated.

TREEPLEX
The Tipi and Treepee can accommodate a slew of kids, from ages 6 to 76 years old. The tipi is 18' in diameter, has electricity and a double futon, can sleep four to six more in sleeping bags and pads provided. The Treepee is 9' in diameter, accommodates two to three good young friends, and has a deck. The Cavaltree fort is a two-story treehouse that has a double bed under the tented portion and a deck on the first floor. The second floor is a lookout tower that three or more kids can sleep in. A swinging bridge joins the Treepee and Cavaltree Fort. It is open June Through September.

CABINTREE
The two-story luxury cabin sleeps up to 5, has a queen bed upstairs, a double futon in the living room. It also has a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. Its pole-framed construction is touched off nicely by custom rock work behind the Franklin fireplace. It features a commanding view of a large meadow and a stand of old-growth forest. There is a treehouse just outside that kids of all ages can sleep in during the summer months. The cabin also has electric heat and is open all year.

TREEZEBO
The Treezebo is our tallest treehouse at 37 feet. This gazebo in the trees is not for the acrophobic! You must take the Mountain View Treeway to get to the Treezebo. It sleeps up to 4, sports a queen-size bed and two singles, has a toilet, sink, refrigerator, table and chairs. The 42-inch wooden walls have canvas zip down roll ups as a full enclosure. It is heated and open from mid-March through October. A bathhouse is located below.

FORESTREE
Forestree, at 35 ft., is similar to the Treezebo, except the walls are solid with opening windows. This unit is open year round and sleeps up to 5.

SERENDIPITREE
The Serendipitree took several years to figure out how to build so it could fit two adults and two small children. The loft is all bed, longer than a king and wider than a twin. The downstairs has a seating area that makes into a bed that is about the size of a queen on one side, but not the other. It has a fridge, is heated and rented all year.

We also now have two rooms in the main lodge, Balcontree and Mastree, please see our site pricelist page for details!
