Covid 19 Announcement

Due to the Covid19 virus our office is not holding normal business hours and we are working remotely from home as much as possible. We are staying open for lodging during this time but are practicing proper social distancing and stringent sanitization practices. We are having our guests check themselves in and out while staying and will be limiting our breakfast options. Unfortunately all of our activities are closed until further notice. While we are not holding normal office hours we are returning calls and emails from home so all of our guests can still get ahold of us. We truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while we all navigate through these challenging and unpredictable times!

PLEASE NOTICE!

The perches below are presently approved for day use only.We are not yet legally allowed to have more than the five bedrooms above available for overnight use. Michael has been haggling with the County for 23 years trying to get the Treesort fully permitted. First it was the Building Department, which took eight years, now it's Planning Dept..
Out'n'About is a legal Bed & Breakfast but is only allowed five bedrooms for rent. We have applied for what we feel are the proper permits to operate at full capacity but the County has not yet taken any final action. We are working hard to make all our perches approved for our operating permit by late spring, but they may not all become available at once.
So we ask that you please call the office for the most current up date on our status!
Those treehouses that are not yet permitted to rent are required to have posted on each:
"This structure is not approved for sleeping, overnight occupation or other habitable purpose."
